Bonuses at CNA are below the market rate in each job band.

Bonuses are great, get significant once you go up the ladder a bit.

It depends on company performance so you know how that goes.

A pot was given our to the Sr managers and had to be distributed to everyone. The end result being even those who did contribute got a bonus. We all got 2% so as to be fair. Nothing was ever done to recognize going the extra mile as that could hurt other's feelings.. I kid you not
