Starts at 4 weeks per year. Same number of days as any company that offers 2 weeks + paid holidays. Yes, you will work holidays.

Lots of vacation days, but no automatic holidays off. So you have to use a vacation day for Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, etc. But even counting out holidays, still pretty generous. 38 days per year if you've been at the company for eight years.

28 days to start, you earn 5 more after 3 years, and 5 MORE after 8 years. And there are usually a combination of 5 bonus days given out over the course of summer and the holidays.

Employees are given a bank of 3 weeks PTO which includes all sick and vacation. For most, this package is non negotiable and there's no option for additional days until year three with the company. "Essential" employees must also draw from this limited bank when they want any federal holidays off such as July 4th or Christmas.
