No sick days, only PTO

Sick days are limited and must be claimed on your time sheet... dont get too sick

The sick days leave is on manager discretion. So it depends on manager to manager.

Sick days were accrued alongside Vacation days under the old plan. There wasn't any issue using them.

Decent benefit but rarely used by most people

No problem using sick days as needed.

company reduces sick leaves for en cashing , use it or loose it policy

We have them, but they don't like us to use them. We're expected to work even when we're sick. The last time I tried to take a sick day, they sent me text messages all day trying to ask me questions about things I was working on.

Free to use PTO at any time.
