Tuition assistance is really good

Never used it, but the company offers it for work related majors with the obligation of working years for the company.

This one is tricky, offers assistance but have to work for company for 1 year per semester paid otherwise required to pay back

They will offer tuition assistance, but you have to work for CSL for one year after the date of disbursement. No one wants to stay after you graduate, so I would suggest using it for all but your last year of schooling. Still work at CSL during your last year and then you will be good to leave after you graduate.
