Small number of Sick Days available to employees and do not try to use during the busy (sick!) winter season! CVS does not want employees to call in sick and management makes that very clear.

Call out sick? This is a benefit yes, but you better be on life support in hospital to use it. It is not uncommon to be told you can't call it you need to get to work.
