I've used it. They reimburse up to $1,500 a year. It helps but barely covers one class. They should raise it to at least $5,000 like most companies.

There is no tuition assistance that is communicated to staff - perhaps only to Pharmacists who are the highest earners in the company anyways.

They offer tuition assistance to full-time employees only, and only if the education is "necessary for your job". Very ungenerous. My store manager who has been with CVS for two decades now has never seen anyone apply and successfully receive tuition assistance.

CVS does have tuition assistance and tuition reimbursement options available for students. They also to accommodate with your work schedule if needed if your in school.
