The discount is huge. It's a great perk of working there.

Company owned brands get a hefty 45% off, while most everything else gets 15%. Once you count tax the 15% feels like chump change. There are also offers for employees to get additional discounts on select items that can vary from item to item.

60 percent off store brand 20 percent off anything else (accept ammo)

Bass Pro changed it to a lower discount

You get a certain percentage off of an item. Most of the time the sale price is better

Amazing perk for all employees

Its a good discount program and they have decent insurances but part time gets basically no benefits besides the store discount
