WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
A hybrid schedule provides an employee to work remotely one day per week. Eligible employees are those who have completed a minimum of 90 days (about 3 months) work at CNI. Those who have not yet may be approved for a hybrid schedule on a case-by-case basis, depending on the needs of both the employee and current projects they are working on.
