Rather than a crappy 401k, they have an IRA retirement plan. You can't take money out while you are working there, but you can get loans against the balance on the account. Once you are not employed, you can raid it in times of emergency, and pay 33% penalty and tax for taking it early (which is what you have to do when you get laid off and can't find another job).
