Previous jobs shamed employees taking PTO. CapTech couldn't be more opposite. It's culture understands the value of employee health, physical and mental, and the need to hit the "refresh button".

PTO goes up after first year, second year and then after 5th year. It's around 6 weeks and that includes standard holidays. You also can carry-over 5 days each year which is generous. You have additional bereavement days and community service days.
