Family Medical Leave

Never heard of anything as such here.

Parental leave process is absolutely awful. Have to fill out 30+ letters from various parties, spend countless hours on the phone, and HR puts the obligation on the worker to figure everything out. New company simply has you bill time to a parental leave code and figures out the rest for you without having to deal with the hassle of figuring out what to do.

I didnt use this plan but was glad it was available if needed.

Heard it is good, no complaints.
