3 month probation/training period

Capital health has the most drawn out orientation process I have ever encountered. RN’s spend more than a week in a classroom setting listening to one person lecture for 8 hours straight and death by power point. Clearly trying to pack in as much content as humanly possible. It’s torture. It’s overkill. This program needs an overhaul and update. Way Less lecture and more hands on. Quality versus quantity.
