100% match on the employee's first 3% contribution. 50% match on the next 3% from the employee. Capital One also provides 3% of the employee's pay into their 401k plan even if the employee elects no contributions. This means that if an employee takes the full 6%, the company will effectively be matching 200% of the first 3% from the employee along with the 50% match for the other 3%. It's a fantastic program. Vesting period is only two years.
