As an associate, you're eligible for immediate enrollment in the 401k 6% match and the 15% company match of the stock purchase plan. For the 401k, C1 matches the first 3% 100% and the next 3% 50%. For the ASPP, C1 matches 15% of your contribution, which can be up to 15% of your base salary.
