Better than nothing but still not competitive compared to what other large companies are offering. Benefits are structured in a way that makes it extremely difficult to get more than 1 cycle covered, even though most women need closer to 3 cycles to have a baby. Insurance will not approve a second or third cycle if you have 1 or more frozen embryo's, which effectively bans embryo banking for women in their mid to late 30's who want more than one child and completely neglects to account for families that are doing IVF for genetic reasons and require PGD/PGS testing (PGS and PGD are not covered at all under Capital One's plan, so you will pay several thousand dollars out of pocket for this). Grateful that the company offers at least some fertility coverage, but this benefit largely just pays lip service to the needs of impacted families. Changing benefit to cover 3 full cycles, rather than "up to" 3 cycles as noted in the fine print, would be a key improvement and would track more closely with what peer banks and tech companies are offering.
