depends on the role you have, I know a couple of folks that work from home full time, I personally could not in my role. However because I am a salary associate and do not have any direct reports I have flexibility to work from home when needed.

The best part of Capital One is being able to work from home. Capital One provides your dual screen computer, and it is so nice walking into my home office just a few minutes before I start work, and with no commuting saves time and money. I do sometimes miss the social aspect. An agent work with died and it was strange to say I never met the person, never spoke to him, and only knew him from the team IM chat.

Connectivity and reliability are market competitive and who doesn't love working from home?

WFH used to be a a solid Pro, but within this year it has become a bad thing to work from home.

I'm not sure about this benefit. But I know employees who love it.
