Work From Home

depends on the role you have, I know a couple of folks that work from home full time, I personally could not in my role. However because I am a salary associate and do not have any direct reports I have flexibility to work from home when needed.

I do sometimes miss the social aspect. An agent work with died and it was strange to say I never met the person, never spoke to him, and only knew him from the team IM chat.
