We do have something called achievers that is an internal company point system. Where as if we have an employee showing they’re being an iconic salesman we will “shout them out” on achievers. The upper management can boost them and they will receive 500 points ( 500 points = 5 dollars). The associate can then log onto the website and purchase either e-gift cards or the choice of being shipped the physical gift card. These aren’t your average gift cards either , you have Texas Roadhouse , Amazon, Starbucks, and Etc. The only downside is you are taxed on it .

Access to wholesale vehicles. If you are willing to do the search, you will find some real value.

Employees are able to buy up to 3 cars from the retail and wholesale inventory

Discounts on cars but amount varies depending on time on lot

Discounts for immediate family up to 3 cars per year. Discount on purchases of cars is not available on all cars. There is a discount on the extended service agreement and the company does not charge employees the processing fee on any car sale.

Pretty impossible to use these days! Basically no car qualifies for it.
