Job Training

I didn't like it. The office is to busy to try and train to many subjects to learn in office. Should be able take home to study

Death by boring video is their form of training. Poorly acted too ( the sexual harassment training had one employee smiling and excited to turn another in)

Job training paid is really being paid makes it very easy to learn

I liked the online training. I wish there was more online training that modeled to real time work environment in the Business Office to ensure we are learning the correct way. The way the Business Office runs with a different Manager on Duty it is sometimes impossible to please the Manager on Duty even though another Manager on Duty told you to complete a task a certain way.

way too long/and mostly video-gets boring real quick

very extensive training , you get assigned a mentor that guides through everything

For Store Associates there is excellent first time and job change training. There is both computer based and mentor programs. The Home Office and CarMax Auto Finance has less options as the jobs roles are little more specialized

their training is bar none intense and really helps build confindence
