You get a week of sick days

Sick days are ok, again, the pay is based on average sales for a prior period of time.

Okay, but I'm paid only $7.75 per hour vs. average hourly (which is a lot more). So, it is expensive to call in sick. Although there are times when I don't sell anything for that day and I would have made more calling in.
