Regularly push more cost sharing down to employee group. A major medical provider company that clearly doesn't like providing medical coverage to its employees. Always the first company to push employee costs beyond what their competitors are requiring their employees to pay. Clearly HR interest is focused on shareholder return at expense of their employees.

The insurance plan is similar to other large companies of its size and industry.

Overall excellent package for its employees.

The health care plans are Cardinal are very flexible.

Health Insurance was pretty good, not too expensive and it covered the entire family.

Multiple plans offered. Very similar to other companies.

Cardinal reduced the plans they offer in 2015. Now the only choices are CDHPs. While this is a step down they are probably about average for what is offered.

Healthcare Benefits is a joke at this Healthcare company.!
