Caresource matches 401k upto 6%.

It's a pretty good 401k match rate when comparing to other companies. Though some beat it with greater than 6% matches. Another positive about CareSource's match is that it vests right away and there is no excessive waiting time with other companies to get the match. Most I saw wanted 6 to 12 months. If you are contract to hire waiting 6 months for match, then hiring on to a company who wants you to wait another 6+ months, you've got a year with no match which if done often really hurts your retirement gains.
