Employee Assistance Program

Carney offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefit in coordination with Employee Connect and Lincoln Financial, at no cost to employees. Employee connect provides confidential guidance and resources for you and your family for a variety of issues such as financial planning, work/life balance and legal consultations. As a Carney employee, you and your eligible family members have access to this confidential resource which includes up to four in person sessions per year.
