Vision Insurance

We offfer nationwide coverage through EyeMed. The plan provides an exam as well as glasses or contact lenses once every 12 months. The in-network copay is $10 for exams. There is a frame allowance of $150 with a 20% discount for frame cost above $150. Contact lenses have a $130 allowance with 15% amounts above $130. The following lenses are covered in full: single vision, bifocal vision, trifocal vision, and lenticular vision.
