Provided better than average benefits for healthcare, as I found out when I left and realized how much it would cost me to be self-insured.

High cost limited options for all

Neither happy nor unhappy with health insurance. Talking with colleagues at other local engineering companies, what we have is comparable.

It's too damned expensive for the profit Carollo has been making over the last 5 years. Bonuses are nice but I would forgo a bonus for lower medical insurance rates. PPO costs 720 a month for an employee and family. That's ridiculous.
