Carpenter contributes 3% of your eligible pay, on a pre-tax basis, to your account in the Savings Plan — even if you choose not to make contributions to the Savings Plan.
Through convenient payroll deductions, you can save in whole percentages from 1% to 100% of your total eligible pay in pre-tax dollars and, if you are eligible , after-tax dollars or a combination of the two. Carpenter will match your contributions up to 6%.
Employees are always 100% vested in their contributions, Carpenter's contributions and rollover contributions
