Good options within the plan itself for investing. I wish they contributed more or matched.

There is not a company match, but rather a company contribution. So you still get the benefit from the company without having to contribute yourself if you have other financial needs/goals.

Match regardless of contribution I believe.

The best thing about the 401k plan is that the company automatically contributes 3% to all employee retirement accounts after they've been with the company a certain amount of time. The stocks offered for investment have improved in the last couple years.
