25% off for employee discount! Employee Appreciation Week increases the employee discount ex. 30%-40% off. Employee discount includes Doorbusters and Clearance! So, yeah when clearance is 40% off in store you also can use your 25% off discount!

It's good because its applicable on top of anything else going on in the store.
