Employee Discounts

At times the customers had coupons that were a better percentage off than our discount, and we were not allowed to use a coupon in lieu of our discount. It was nice though that we could use our discount on everything, even clearance.

The employee discount is good for 20% off in store

Employee's receive 25% off all products, no matter if the product is on clearance and will receive the discount on top of in-store sales. The company will also host employee appreciation weekends once each quarter to give employees 30% off for the weekend.

The discount is better than most companies. They even added that employees can earn the $10 rewards just like customers can.

I liked that employees could use it on clearance and doorbusters unlike customers but it was frustrating when customers would get better coupons than our discount. Sometimes it was better to buy without using the discount. Not really fair considering the amount of stuff we have to do for our little pay.
