Very poor they just throw you in there and expect to know what you’re doing.

In my specific area I had to correct my managers

Don't work with people who have mental health issues they expect everyone to learn in the same amount of time with the same or less amount of help as others they only allow x amount of times to mess up definitely EEOC non-compliant

wonderful training and shift training at this place.

They have really good training program. They take their time and really teach you each area of the store.

on some thing you only get 2 day of training. that's it. and on the things you need more.

Not done right do it there way not the caseys way.
