5 per year, they do allow roll over of up to 5. Most people use them for personal, mental health, days to escape the work environment. It is pretty rare to see people with a large amount of accrued sick leave.

Sick days absolutely not, and God for bid you do get sick call 20 employees personally while vomiting and falling asleep good times. Even better when manager comes in sick gets your entire family sick for over a month.

I think that you should get it again after your 90 days.
