Get rid of the rose wine and kombucha on tap and match our 401k instead. "Free" lunch is hit or miss as far as taste and can't be cheap. For Black History Month they got soul food catered which was a pretty pandering and cheap attempt to seem inclusive (Casper employs very few Black folks).
