It was pretty standard health insurance, except for the fact of being high deductible. They do offset the cost of the deductible.

HDHP with HSA. This is a bit of a transition going from a rich benefits plan to a HDHP, but Castlight offers the Castlight app (go figure) so you can easily find in-network providers and make informed decisions regarding benefits. They have Doctors on Demand, so you can have a remote doctor call in prescriptions for just $20 from the comfort of your home (can't wait to get sick so I can try it out!) as well as wellness and behavioral health EAPs. They definitely take care of their people.
