Work From Home

Cavan has a great deal of employees all over the country working remote and/or work travel. They encourage participation in virtual events, ie. Virtual happy hours, brown bag discussions, tech talks, and all hands meets. They are always asking for input and suggestions on how to keep us all connected and informed. Encourage knowledge sharing events for employees to learn about other areas and projects going on throughout the company. I think there is still room to grow, but I feel we're on the right track. The fact that they're open to suggestions and put forth the effort to make them happen speaks wonders about our executive team. There is action behind the suggestions which is amazing!
