You do get training however since it is a 100% commission job you never get paid for any trainings or meetings

The job training is pretty extensive and takes about a month to complete. The hotel and food are provided during travel time of training and the training is very thorough and beneficial.

They provide a full three weeks of training in both classroom and in store to help you prepare for your customers before you get to the floor. The company also builds you a support system to assist with any concerns or problems you have even after the training.

Training is good. But once you get coded and you ask for help people say “ ask your team lead” or they take 20 mins to actually help you because they are so focused on trying to swindle their clients.
