The Aetna PPO is fantastic, it was a $5,000/yr max out of pocket, which is great if you have a serious medical issue

its consistent with the industry

The best thing is that we have Aetna and in 2025 Cengage announced they are not going to pass the increasing costs of the health ins to employees this year. That amount is 1.2 million dollars that employees will not have to pay this year.
