Always had higher premiums (~400/ mo for individual coverage) but at least the coverage was good on the premier PPO ($400 deductible, $2,500 MOOP, $0 copays). For 2022, they're taking away this option and pushing everyone to use HDHPs which are astronomically more expensive. They will still offer a single PPO plan but it has high premiums, a $9,000 family MOOP, a $1,400 deductible, and most services incur a coinsurance. Overall horrible HC options for those with recurrent health needs, a family, or both.

Great insurance plan for employee with family, 18 days vacation, 4 sick days. Work from home policy during the pandemic.

I have no complaints with the health Insurance. I currently have the low deductible plan so it is the most expensive of the plans offered.

Discounted gym memberships at prices, and going to expensive gym for lesser fee

It can get pricey but worth it.

Was not great and did not cover dental

The company has great benefits.
