BCBS PPO is one option and it is great for a family. Spouse can only be covered if no other option exists for him/her.

Has great coverage for employee and family.

Competitive benefits however I wish there was an option to insure my spouse since my benefits are better than her current employer.

It pays the bill on time

Low cost compared to most since its company subsidized with low copay

Excellent health insurance at reasonable pricing. Those that complain have never worked elsewhere and do not realize how good it is.

Good networks, premiums are higher than they should be for families. Most of their HQ staff are old enough to have families, and this nonsense assumption of "Oh, your spouse's company's insurance will cover them and the kids" is self-defeating.

Benefits are very reason both on the front end and back end.
