I think it's affordable if you want a cheap plan, but you'll have a high deductible, but if you want a lower deductible for me and my child it was $200/check for the best plan (PPO plan.) Their options for health coverage when I worked there were BCBS Anthem and Cigna. Worst thing is that they stopped covering the GLP medications unless you have diabetes diagnosis. Positive thing is they started covering fertility assistance this year (2025)
