Premiums and max out of pocket are the most expensive I've ever seen (my previous employer and my spouse's employer). 4K in premium (employee + spouse) on PPO and 3K on hight deductible plan. Max out of pocket per an individual is 6K a year. So your health care cost per year can be up to 10K. Wow
