We are being evaluated at random and train in the different areas that are needed for each interpreter, plus every year we have to train about the HIPAA laws, take a test and pass it.

There is no job training in Certified Languages International, you're supposed to be a fully trained and professional interpreter. They test you very well, two different interviews.

Very easy to learn the ropes here. Everyone is super helpful to new employees. The training is very simple and straightforward. The training is 1 week but you can do the job after 1 day.
