Chase is a great divers company

they have a good program

I honestly thought my previous industry was very diverse but as a majority-presenting person, it wasn't until I had started at Chase and worked there for a while to observe minorities in high leadership positions and a culture of inclusion both for employees and for customers that I understood that everything I thought was "good" about previous companies was disguised as continuing to take advantage of women, minorities and lower socio-economic people. It honestly disgusts me what other companies get to wash about their practices for DEI. Chase was proactively getting in front of things that keep customers and employees disadvantaged, had great opportunities to discuss and teach and learn, then spent hard dollars working to change it along with encouraging other big companies to come along for the ride. As much as good or bad as Chase may be, this is a shining star on it's report as a way to treat other humans. I honestly started the job because I needed it with a hole in my gut for supporting a company I previously really hated but I left singing Chase's praises in general and especially in this area.

Good benefit and a great employee care

They have groups for the following: women, latios, LGBT, african american, breast cancer survivors, vets, and many more.

Same as most places with it

it is a great environment for diversity
