Performance Bonus

I was definitely naive being new to the industry and apparently my co-workers thought this was terrible but for me, a bonus on top of a good salary that matched what I worked 20 years to get up to in my previous role, in the space of months was either a testament to how quickly I could personally learn and grow and prosper/succeed OR just a way that the company showed appreciation for others' hard work. There were big goals to reach to get the good money but there were steps provided to reach it, regular coaching and training and opportunities and an interest and desire from management for everyone to achieve it. I still don't know how I made any bonus, but anything I did make, I appreciated. Also, the idea of being able to snag some early was a perk I'd never seen before and love.
