Tuition assistance is offered but you must be performing well in your current role and must be studying something that will benefit your position in the company and must stay with Chase for two years after graduation or else be required to pay it back. Also not mentioned before hiring, the Tuition assistance comes out of your branch's profitability and therefore your manager is very reluctant to approve it and give you a good review.
