Chetu puts all new hires through rigourous training within 1 week of being hired. The duration of this training varies by position. Training and skills improvement is a continual thing at Chetu - you never really stop learning new things about your job or improving yourself. Chetu also offers annual training from a 3rd party company and online educational courses to help individuals learn new technologies that they may want to work with.
