Great matching benefit of giving one percent and you get 4. You can give 2 percent and you get 8. Great options with vanguard too.

The best part of the 401k plan is if you choose not to do it they will instead give you a simulation pod which you can have for years to come! GREAT offer I would highly suggest taking!
