Job training can be very good or very poor depending upon your job and supervisor.

You get help on things most of the time but sometimes they throw you in the deep end and expect you to figure it out

If you are young and get into Horizons, you have got it made. If you are an experienced worker and want training within, they promise it but then don't deliver. People often get lost in the shuffle of the organization with basic training offered to all.
