the best thing is that's it's a free meal, free food, no matter how long or short you work. it sucks because not all things on the menu is free you have to pay for things like bottled drinks or a quesorrido but you can get triple chicken and chips and guac it's all free

Free meal, side, drink, and chips with every shift. I've had $7-16 dollar meals fully comped, and there are pretty lenient limitations as to what one can get in his or her bowl/burrito/taco/salad.

If you enjoy chipotle in general you'll enjoy the employee discount. But once you make your free meal how you want it you might not want to go back to the size portions customers are served.
