When you came on a day off, everything was 50%.

Very small discount, not even 50% off, little reason to recycle money back into them.

50% off meals when you don't work is decent, but you can only redeem this at the location you work at. As demanding as the work is, employees should always get free food.

You cannot go to any Chipotle and get a discount. At least that is what I've been told

You get a free meal the days you work but you have to eat it in the restaurant for it to be free. If you just want to take it home to eat while relaxing it will cost you 50%. Sure, you get a 50% discount every time you order but the discount only applies to one meal. The rest of the order is at menu price.

One 50% percent off purchase per day for employees. Half off everything except alcohol.

It's nice that you get free meals while you are eating during your shift, but they are very strict about the rules. You can't take your meal to-go. You can't give discounts or meals to your friends or family. It is solely for the employee.
