Constant Monitoring of Work at Home Employees, they do not seem to really care about the customers. They're goal is for a 3 minute call time to deal with major customer complaints. They do not want you to solve the problems, they just want you to handle as many complaint calls as you can an hour. This is achieved by offering Choice Rewards Points to the angry customers, this way they try to avoid a monetary refund or any real solutions to often times major problems. Finally, what they called Quality Assurance Calls where a member of the property support team calls in with fictitious problems, doing there best to make you loose your cool and keep you on the phone as long as possible. Not just once a month or even once a week, some CRS's will get 2 to 3 QA Calls a day. Now that's ridiculous. Why not cut way back on the QA Calls, as you are already monitoring (recording) all calls anyway and actually try solving some of the real problems the customers have?

Best: Flexible and open to WFH.
Worst: Implementation is somewhat subjective with no solid policy.
