Health insurance is not that good for them to be an insurance company!

There are a few cute benefits such as legal assistance and pet insurance.

Overall heath care costs have increased overtime and benefits have decreased. Could be due to the industry or that companies like this really don't care about the workers and do the bare minimum to hire and maintain talent.

We are very limited in network and with the doctors we can choose, they down graded the insurance plan from prior years post acquisition and it's terrible. Cost went up, you need to pay extra each month for a spouse to be added (if they can elect insurance through their employer and do not)
